The SL-2000 Series Duct Smoke Detector is the latest innovation for the early detection of smoke and combustion products in the air circulating through HVAC ducts in commercial, industrial, and residential applications. The unit is designed to prevent the recirculation or spread of smoke by air handling units, fans, and blowers. Entire systems can be shut down in the event of smoke detection. The SL-2000 is designed and manufactured to meet all local code requirements, as well as NFPA and ICC standards for HVAC supply and return duct smoke detectors. It features output terminals for a wide range of remote accessories, including sirens, strobe lights, remote status indicators, and test/reset switches or pushbuttons.
