Xpress Supply Ships HVAC Equipment to All 50 States

Freight truck shipping HVAC equipment nationwide

One of the most common questions we get from customers outside Texas is: “Do you ship to my state?” The answer is always yes.

Xpress Supply is a Texas-based HVAC wholesale company, but our shipping network covers the entire United States. Whether you’re in California, Florida, New York, or anywhere in between, we can get your HVAC equipment delivered to your door.

Why Buy From a Texas HVAC Supplier When You’re Not in Texas?

It’s a fair question. Here’s why customers across the country choose Xpress Supply:

Pricing — Our wholesale and near-wholesale pricing is competitive with any national online HVAC retailer, and in many cases better. We don’t inflate prices to cover expensive retail locations or large marketing budgets.

Inventory — We stock a wide range of systems, tonnages, and brands. If it’s in our catalog, it’s available for nationwide shipping.

Expertise — Our team knows HVAC. When you call us with a technical question about compatibility, SEER2 ratings, or refrigerant types, you get a real answer from someone who understands the product.

Speed — In-stock equipment typically ships within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. We don’t backorder and then tell you months later.

What We Ship Nationwide

We ship virtually everything in our catalog across the United States, including:

  • Complete HVAC systems — gas split systems, electric systems, heat pump systems
  • Individual equipment — condensers, air handlers, evaporator coils, furnaces, heat kits
  • Mini split systems — MRCOOL DIY and standard mini splits
  • Installation supplies — line sets, drain pans, thermostats, flex duct, PVC fittings, and more
  • Package units — for commercial or residential applications

The only exceptions are oversized or unusually heavy items that require special freight arrangements — our team will advise you before you order if that applies.

How Nationwide HVAC Shipping Works

HVAC equipment is not like shipping a book or a pair of shoes. Condensers and air handlers are large, heavy, and require careful freight handling. Here’s how our shipping process works:

Freight Carrier Selection We work with experienced freight carriers who specialize in heavy equipment. Your equipment travels on a pallet, secured and protected for the journey.

Liftgate Service For residential deliveries, we strongly recommend adding liftgate service to your order. HVAC condensers can weigh 100–300 lbs. A liftgate brings the pallet from the truck bed to the ground safely. Without it, you’ll need to arrange your own unloading equipment.

Delivery to Business Address If you’re a contractor receiving equipment at a shop or job site with a loading dock, standard freight delivery (no liftgate) is fine and saves on shipping cost.

Delivery Time Estimates Delivery times vary by destination:

Distance from TexasEstimated Transit Time
Texas (local)Same day pickup or 1–2 days
South/Southeast US2–4 business days
Midwest/Northeast3–5 business days
West Coast4–6 business days

These are estimates based on standard freight transit times. Actual delivery depends on carrier schedules and destination. *Transit times are estimates and depend on carrier schedules and destination

Getting a Shipping Quote

Freight costs for HVAC equipment depend on weight, dimensions, destination zip code, and service level (standard vs. liftgate). The most accurate way to get a shipping quote is to contact us directly before ordering.

šŸ“ž Call or text: (855) 533-0222 šŸ“§ Email: support@xpressacsupply.com šŸ’¬ WhatsApp: available for quick quotes

Our team will give you an exact freight cost and estimated delivery timeline based on your specific order and location.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information from the freight carrier. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress and coordinate your delivery appointment. Most freight carriers will call you to schedule a delivery window before arriving.

What to Do When Your Shipment Arrives

When the freight carrier arrives, inspect your equipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt. If the damage is significant, photograph it and contact us immediately. Do not install damaged equipment before contacting us.
