The W801T0754A17UHSNAS is approved for upflow or horizontal installation. In an upflow application, return air enters through the lower portion of the furnace and heated air exits through the top. In a horizontal application, the furnace operates on its side in an approved orientation.

The furnace must not be installed on its back with the access doors facing upward. Installation position, venting, combustion-air requirements, service access and clearances must follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
