Here’s exactly how the process works, from start to finish.

Step 1 — Know What You Need (Or Ask Us)

Before you order, you need to know what system you’re replacing or installing. The key information is:

  • Tonnage — the cooling capacity needed for your space (1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, or 5 tons)
  • System type — gas split system, electric system, heat pump, or mini split
  • Brand preference — Goodman, Rheem, Carrier, MRCOOL, or others
  • What you’re replacing — just the condenser, the full system, or individual components

Step 2 — Browse and Select Your Equipment

Step 5 — Delivery or Pickup

Nationwide Freight Delivery For deliveries outside our local area, we coordinate with freight carriers experienced in HVAC logistics. You’ll receive tracking information and an estimated delivery window. For residential deliveries, we recommend selecting liftgate service — HVAC equipment is heavy and requires a lift to get it off the truck safely.

Step 6 — Receive and Inspect Your Equipment

When your equipment arrives, inspect it before the freight carrier leaves. Check for:

  • Visible damage to the packaging or unit
  • All components included (especially for system bundles)
  • Correct model and tonnage match with your order

If anything is wrong, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at (855) 533-0222. Do not refuse delivery without contacting us first.

Step 7 — Register Your Warranty

Once the equipment is installed, register your warranty with the manufacturer. Both Goodman and Rheem offer 10-year parts and compressor warranties when equipment is registered within 60–90 days of installation.
